Information provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary dispatch of messages by the users through online forms, involves subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address necessary to answer to requests, as well as of any other personal data included in the message.

Navigation data
The information system and software procedures through which this website operates will acquire certain personal details whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

This data category includes IP addresses or the domain names of computers used by users, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used for submitting the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code related to the server response status (successful, error, etc…) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user information environment.

The personal data collected are managed by the staff of ReMix spa that acts on the basis of the specific instructions laid down by article 29 of the Regulation on the purpose and method of data processing.

The interested parties have the right to obtain from ReMix spa based on the articles 15-22 of GDPR:

  2. Indications about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and when possible, the retention period;

  5. Portability of data, meaning, receive data from a data owner in a specific format commonly used and readable by automatic device, and transmit them to another data owner without impediments;
  6. Opposition to the treatment at any time and also in the case of treatment for direct marketing purposes;
  7. Opposition to an automated decision-making process concerning natural persons, including profiling;
  8. Access to personal data and the correction/cancellation of these or the limitation of the treatment or the opposition to the treatment or the right of data portability;
  9. Revocation of consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation.

Interested parties who believe that personal data processing through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as laid down by article 77 of Regulation, or to appeal to judicial offices
